All renters are required to submit their security deposit at the time of booking and their rental fee in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the rental date. If you choose to purchase the optional cleaning package the fee must be paid at the time of booking along with your deposit.
The Dining Hall
Holds up to 75 people!
1,100 square foot second floor dining hall including a hardwood dance floor, service bar, audio equipment, inset ceiling speakers, recessed lighting on dimmers, individually zoned thermostat-controlled heating/air conditioning, a stage, cathedral ceilings, tables, chairs and walls of windows overlooking a panoramic view of Lake Telemark.
Separate men and ladies’ restrooms are located on the first floor.
An optional cleaning package is available. If selected, the cleaning fee must be paid at the time of booking along with the required deposit.
